On the southern portion of the Toronto BPort plan, 2 condominium buildings provide bike enthusiasts with a place to live within the neighborhood. Several floors of condominiums provide views to the neighborhood and surrounding parks across the shipping chanel to the south. Targeting families and couples, the building provides 1-3 bedroom condos, a daycare facility, and shops and restaurants on the first floor.
The eastern portion of the building provides the main connection to the bicycle-centric urban plan. A direct pathway to the courtyard in the center of the building allows parents to drop their kids at daycare, then ride to the southeastern plaza, which accesses a bicycle-oriented restaurant and the southern esplanade.
