Few projects create as much excitement, or as much controversy, as a new, 150,000 square foot warehouse. While many admire Costco as a company for their business practices and sales methods, many others admonish them for the increases in congestion and noise, plus the unwanted warehouse aesthetic.
As a consequence of initial opposition to new projects from local jurisdictions, our company created design packages and presentations in for review boards and concerned citizens. Our goal was to demonstrate to a non-technical audience how our unique design for the site adapts to the existing local conditions and how we’ve mitigated the potential negative impacts of the project.
